The Canadian Real Estate Assocation (CREA) predicts that Alberta will be tops for the number of homes sold in the country for 2012.
As for housing prices - we tend to agree with CREAs prediction that housing prices will not increase substantially this year or the next - CREA predicts a 0.1% rise in housing prices this year, followed by a 1.6% increase next year. Slow and steady wins the race!
