CMHC {Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation} published its 2013 Mortgage Consumer Survey last week. Each year CMHC does a survey to show consumer trends in the mortgage and housing industry. The results show that consumers are doing more research online than ever before but that they still value advice from mortgage professionals (source: MCAP Monday morning news).
