25-34 Year Olds are the Most Active First Time Homebuyers

According to the Canadian Housing Mortgage Corporation (CMHC), 25-34 year olds account for the largest population of First Time Homebuyers. If you can believe it, this demographic pool is getting smaller, which may moderate First Time homebuyer purchases in the near future.
