Canadian Government new regulations: email marketing

Canada's new federal anti-spam law comes into force in a significant way on July 1, 2014 (GoMaxSolutions).

The anti-spam law prohibits random businesses from buying databases and spamming people with email marketing {thank goodness!}.

For existing business relationships, like a business relationship that you have with us, you can anticipate communication only when necessary - that is to provide helpful information for your mortgage.
