How do you know if someone is licensed?
If you live in Alberta and you use a Mortgage Associate or Broker, a Realtor or an Appraiser, you can find out if they are licensed by going to the RECA {Real Estate Council of Alberta} website: https://www.reca.ca/online/aspx/pubinquiry.aspx
