All of our mortgage associates are licensed with RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta). Our license means:
1. we are recognized by the governing body in Alberta to place mortgages (some other professionals you may know who are licensed include Appraisers and Realtors)
2. we pass criminal background checks
3. education and testing in our field for the license is required (as well as ongoing education)
